DD- India and DD-News launched in UK

         Prasar Bharati has launched two 24hour channels- DD- India and

 DD-News- in the UK.

The two channels are being broadcast in Hindi with around 20 percent 

of the content in English, while the rest includes Hindi and localised content

DD-India has seven Hindi  and six English news bulletins daily,whle

 DD News has 19 English and 24 Hindi news bulletins daily.

In order to become a true public broadcaster and National broadcaster

 Prasarbharathi services sold be available to all Indians in 

all parts of the world.
